Our realtor was Susan Keal and she could not have done a better job. I met her several years ago when I was visiting Sarasota and told her one day I was going to buy a home there. She was incredibly patient and kind with us. This past November, we saw a home on your website that we not only loved but checked all the boxes for us. In short, Susan was professional, helpful, and very kind. But perhaps more importantly, she was patient with us. Susan is the consummate professional. Susan was patient with us. We actually had been looking in Sarasota for a few years, and from across the country. When we found exactly what we were looking for, Susan helped us obtain the right home at the right location, and at the right time for us. Susan stayed the course for the sale of our condo through a very challenging and erratic market . The first sale that fell through happened very quickly . The final sale , in the Covid environment , was much more difficult , as we had to leave for the UK before the final offer. Susan organized the move of our car and household goods to our new home.. She always kept us well informed of market conditions , viewings, offers, etc.
